This course was created for people who want to find out whether the role of a trainer is the right fit for them. It is especially recommended for:
- individuals considering a career change and exploring the option of becoming a business trainer or a change trainer,
- coaches and development professionals who want to expand their portfolio with training facilitation,
- anyone interested in the world of training and development processes who wants to understand the behind-the-scenes of this profession.
What is the idea behind this course?
This course is an introduction — it presents the fundamentals of the trainer’s profession in a light, inspiring way. You’ll find both practical knowledge and simple reflective exercises.
The goal of the course is to provide valuable insights and inspiration for further development — and to encourage you to continue learning within the School of Change Inspirers or the Online Trainer School.
What does the course work look like?
The course lasts 2 weeks and consists of 4 modules, each containing short lessons (3–15 minutes). Every lesson offers a dose of knowledge, simple reflection questions, and tasks that help you organize your thinking about the trainer’s role.
You receive all materials immediately after enrolling, and you can also access trainer support via the course chat and Q&A sessions (in the Premium version).
