“Freedom Circle” - Circle of Change

An in-person women’s circle in Wakefield (UK)

Freedom Circle – Circle of Change is an intimate, safe space for women who want to pause,
listen to themselves, and gently explore what is asking to shift in their lives.

It’s a place for you

if you feel you’re at a crossroads, seeking clarity, or simply longing to be heard — without judgment, without pressure, without anyone telling you what to do.

This is a 3-session developmental process, based on the Balint method — a reflective, respectful approach that supports deeper understanding and insight.

We work in an atmosphere of presence, acceptance, and empathy.

Who is this circle for?

This circle is for you if:

  • you’re at a crossroads and want to see your options from a new perspective,

  • you’re facing an important decision and wish to approach it with more clarity,

  • you feel you want “something more” from life, even if you can’t yet name it,

  • you need a safe place to speak openly about your experiences and emotions,

  • you’re looking for a community of women who understand what the process of change feels like and who can be truly present with you.

You don’t need to have a clear goal or plan. You only need to feel that this is the right moment to reconnect with yourself.

How we work

During our meetings, we:

  • focus on real stories and personal experiences shared by the group,

  • do not give advice — instead, we explore, reflect, and understand together,

  • work with mindfulness, empathy, and respect for each woman’s pace,

  • allow change to emerge naturally — from insight, not pressure.

The Balint method helps you see yourself and your challenges in an entirely new light — subtle, yet profoundly transformative.

What you will gain by joining the Circle of Change

  • A space where you can truly be yourself. No judgment, no pressure — simply a safe, accepting environment to express what’s real for you.
  • More clarity in important life decisions. You’ll see your challenges from new angles and find direction more easily.
  • A deeper understanding of yourself. You’ll connect your emotions, needs, and relationships into a clearer picture.
  • Support from women who are also in a process of change. You’ll experience presence, empathy, and a genuine sense of community.
  • A moment of relief from everyday life. Time just for you — to pause, reflect, and breathe.
  • A new, more supportive perspective on your challenges. No advice — only space to discover your own answers.
